“The focus will shift from production to judgement: interpreting complex transactions, advising clients, and making informed decisions when situations fall outside standard processes. For client success, I don’t believe technology will replace relationships. Instead, it will permanently raise expectations. Clients will increasingly expect proactive insights, predictive reporting, and early identification of potential issues, not as value-added services, but as the baseline.”

She further added:

“The relationships that matter most, particularly during periods of uncertainty, will still depend on judgement, discretion, and trust, qualities technology cannot replicate. We will need to actively redesign roles, governance, and ways of working so that automation can handle predictable tasks while people focus on work that genuinely requires human judgement and on building trust, rather than automating it.”
