Daniel Koo, previously Vice President and Head of Digital at Shangri-La Circle, has stepped into an expanded role as Head of Marketing & Performance Marketing, reporting to Andrea Wong, Senior Vice President, Group Marketing & Communications for Shangri-La Group.
Over the years, Daniel has worked with DFS Group Limited, Jebsen Group, Cathay Pacific Airways, Harbour City Estates Limited, and more, bringing over 15 years of expertise to the table. In this newly created strategic position, Daniel will be integrating the brand’s digital platform, loyalty marketing, and performance marketing.
In an interview, Daniel shared, “My focus is on aligning product experience with performance outcomes, ensuring that our digital investments don’t just perform well individually, but amplify each other. My role is about connecting the dots — turning digital data and user insights into smarter experiences and stronger business results.”
