Savills Middle East has appointed Harry Ransom as Head of Commercial Agency for the UAE capital. In this new role, he will be leading Savills as a commercial agency operations in Abu Dhabi, focusing on landlord and tenant representation, leasing strategies, and strategic advisory.
Abu Dhabi’s commercial property sector has been experiencing robust leasing and investment activity, with a continued demand from sectors such as banking, financial services, technology and consulting, across key business districts like Al Maryah Island, Al Reem Island, and more.
Ransom joined Savills in 2021 as part of its Global Occupier Services team in London, where he advised multinational clients across the EMEAregion on strategic leasing, acquisitions, and workplace solutions. In Abu Dhabi, he will work closely with regional leadership to expand Savills’ integrated service offerings and strengthen relationships with landlords, developers and corporate occupiers.
