Knight Frank has appointed Kristin Hay as CPO for Asia-Pacific highlighting the importance of human capital in supporting sustainable growth across one of world’s dynamic real estate markets.

Hay brings over 30 years of experience in people and culture leadership. With more than 15 years living and working throughout Asia, the expertise that positions her well to navigate the unique talent and operational challenges of a geographically diverse region.

She had worked with Travelex for a decade where she contributed significantly through multiple leadership roles. With her expertise in HR, she has led APAC, Middles East Turkey, and South Africa. She has headed HR business partnering globally with teams across 6 locations. Kristin also served Pacnet, The Securities Institute of Australia, and Worldcom Limited.
