With over 20 years of industry experience in machining, precision tooling, and international business development, Pascal Forrer has a strong market-driven leadership record. He played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s global sales and marketing functions, expanding its international footprint, and enhancing customer-centric strategies that have contributed to sustained growth across key regions.

He holds a deep expertise in strategic market expansion, operational leadership, and customer engagement within the manufacturing and machining sectors. His leadership has been a catalyst for REGO-FIX’s continued relevance in highly competitive global markets, particularly in precision engineering and advanced manufacturing environments.

In his new role as CEO, Mr. Forrer will lead REGO-FIX’s executive agenda, focusing on strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, and strengthening customer partnerships worldwide. He will work closely with the Board of Directors to drive innovation, foster organisational performance, and align business objectives with long-term market opportunities.

Prior to his tenure at REGO-FIX, Pascal Forrer established himself as a prominent industry leader during his time at DC SWISS SA, where he served as Sales and Marketing Director and was a distinguished Member of the Board.

Mr. Forrer’s leadership is backed by an elite academic foundation. He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern. His international perspective was further shaped by studies at California State University, Northridge, following his foundational Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Université de Neuchâtel.
