SEPHORA appoints Hanan Hamidadin as Talent & Culture Director

Sephora Middle East has appointed Hanan Hamidadin as its new Talent & Culture Director. This appointment is marked as a strategic elevation within the company’s senior leadership aimed at strengthening its people-centric agenda across the region.

Hamidadin brings more than a decade of experience in talent strategy, change leadership, and business partnering across global and regional contexts. She has served as HR Business Process Lead & Change Manager for Nestlé Waters. She also held roles that spanned people operations, communications, and strategic HR functions, enriching her understanding of talent ecosystems in dynamic, fast-paced industries.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies focusing on Advertising and specialization in Business from George Mason University, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of America. She grounds her professional practice on both the strategic and humanistic dimensions of organisational leadership.

Her expertise and leadership span corporate strategy alignment, market-responsive talent development, operational excellence in people practices, and initiatives that boost employee engagement and organisational agility.
In this role, Hamidadin will lead the design and execution of Sephora’s talent strategy, driving organisational performance, leadership development, and an inclusive culture aligned with the brand’s business priorities. She will strategically oversee people partnering, learning and development, and employee engagement, with clear accountability for nurturing Sephora’s employer brand and ensuring the creation of high-performance, inclusive talent experiences across the Middle East.

Her appointment underscores Sephora’s commitment to long-term talent empowerment, reinforcing its strategic vision to foster a future-ready organisation that thrives on inclusivity and sustained growth.
