Accor appointed Ronald Dooremalen as Vice President – People & Culture Operations, Asia. With over two decades of global hospitality experience, with deep expertise in human capital, organisational development, and operational leadership across culturally diverse markets. He also served in senior roles at Orchard Hills Residences Singapore MGallery, Raffles Hotel Singapore, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, as well as operational contributions at historic properties such as The Savoy in London.
Dooremalen’s academic background includes a degree in Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague, International Institute for Hospitality Management. In his new role, he will lead Accor’s People & Culture operations across Asia, with responsibility for shaping the company’s workforce strategies, enhancing capability development, strengthening organisational culture, and fostering HR systems that support both regional growth and operational agility.
