Choco Up Announces Key Leadership Appointments to Drive Asia-Pacific Expansion

Choco Up appointed Koichi Saito and Kitti Chiraseivinupraphand as Head of Corporate Strategy and Chief Risk Officer, respectively. This appointment will strengthen corporate strategy and risk governance as the company accelerates its expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.

With over 20 years of experience, Koichi Saito is the Founder and General Partner of KK Fund, a leading seed-stage venture capital firm focused on Southeast Asia. He has also served at ORIX Group, MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), and Spiral Ventures Pte. Ltd. In his new role, Saito will lead long-term strategic planning, build strategic partnerships, and support Choco Up’s next phase of sustainable regional growth.

Moreover, Kitti Chiraseivinupraphand has been promoted to Chief Risk Officer as Choco Up scales transaction volumes and expands its presence across multiple Asia-Pacific markets. With over two decades of experience in corporate banking risk management across Asia, including senior roles at Bangkok Bank Co. and HB Ventures/ 木槿资本. He holds an MBA from Boston College, and in his new role, he will continue to enhance risk governance, credit frameworks, and risk technology to ensure consistency, resilience, and control as the business scales.
