Monks has appointed Mihir Dhairyawan as Executive Creative Director for Southeast Asia. With her appointment, he will strategise to shape and elevate the agency’s creative vision across the Southeast Asia region, working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven, and culturally resonant marketing work.
With more than 20 years of industry experience in FMCG, healthcare, telecommunications, and automotive. He has served in senior leadership at FCB Ulka, Publimark Mullenlowe, and Publicis Groupe Singapore as Regional Creative Director, where he led creative leadership for a broad regional portfolio, including award-winning campaigns such as the Vicks hashtag#TouchOfCare initiative. His work has been recognised at prestigious industry platforms, showcasing his reputation for effective and impactful storytelling.
His academic qualifications are from the University of Oxford. In his new role, he will effectively strategise and support the organisation’s ongoing growth and innovation across Southeast Asia. The appointment focuses on strengthening creative leadership, integrating technology-led storytelling, and delivering culturally relevant, high-impact work across key regional markets.
