charles koh has been appointed as Senior Account Director at Microsoft. It marks a strategic leadership addition to strengthen the organisation’s engagement and customer partnerships across key markets.
With over 34 years of professional experience, Charles brings a long and distinguished career across technology, enterprise sales, and global account leadership. He also served as Account Director at ServiceNow, senior roles at IBM, including General Manager, Distribution & Industrial, Global Client Executive at Sony, and Strategic Account Executive, CPG/Retail, during a tenure spanning more than 17 years. Earlier in his career, he worked at CNET Networks, se IBM, inrving as Sales Director and later as General Manager, and also gained early industry experience with UOB as a Management Trainee, OVERSEAS UNION BANK LIMITED.
Charles completed his higher education at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. In his new role as Senior Account Director at Microsoft, he will focus on strengthening strategic customer relationships, supporting enterprise clients in their digital and AI-led transformation journeys, and contributing to Microsoft’s broader growth and market leadership objectives.
