Theo Novak has been appointed Managing Director – Capital Markets (APAC) at Colliers. This is a strategic leadership appointment that supports the company’s expansion of capital markets expertise and investment advisory capabilities across the Asia Pacific region.

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and real estate investment across Asia. He has spent nearly 15 years at JLL, most recently serving as Executive Director, Asia Pacific Capital Markets in Hong Kong. His earlier experience includes additional leadership roles within JLL in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai, building deep regional expertise in institutional investment advisory. He also served as Senior Associate Director, Investment Department at Cushman & Wakefield – formerly DTZ.

His academic qualifications are from INSEAD, reflecting a strong academic foundation in business and finance. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s capital markets strategy, enhancing cross-border investment solutions, and driving growth across major APAC hubs to support institutional investors and corporate clients in navigating evolving market conditions.

His appointment will strengthen the firm for sustained growth, innovation, and elevated client impact as it scales its capital markets and investment services across the Asia Pacific region.
