Danone appointed Georges Saliba as Talent & Organizational Development Director for Asia Pacific (APAC). With this appointment, he will drive strategic people initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, talent management, and culture across Danone’s APAC operations, supporting the company’s broader business objectives and people strategy.
With an extensive career in human resources and organizational development, he brings over 15 years of experience in HR strategy, transformation, and people growth. His background includes progressive HR and OD roles within Danone, where he has contributed to initiatives ranging from regional organizational design to leadership development and employee engagement. He has also served as an HR Specialist at ENF Ltd. and a Trainee HR at Philips, building deep expertise in aligning talent programs with business priorities, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and leading change that enhances performance and capability.
Saliba holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from the Rennes School of Business, building his strong academic foundation in strategic HR and organizational development. In his new role, he will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent strategies, strengthening leadership pipelines, and advancing organizational effectiveness across Danone’s diverse markets in the Asia Pacific region.
