Diginex has appointed Lubomila Jordanova as its Group Chief Executive Officer. This appointment aims to strengthen leadership transition as the company advances its integrated sustainability and platform strategy.
She holds a proven track record in sustainability technology and climate strategy, having founded and served as CEO of Plan A. During her professional career, she has served in senior positions at Greentech Alliance, European Investment Bank (EIB), WEPA, Satgana, Obama Foundation, BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, St. Gallen Symposium, Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, Chloé, Bitkom, and iwoca.
She has also served as a summer analyst at Citi, NEVEQ, and Alpha Founders Capital. She started her professional journey as a summer intern at Telenor. Moreover, she has also served at Black & Decker and A1 Telekom Austria Group. Her leadership at Diginex is expected to accelerate its strategy to build a top‑tier sustainability and RegTech platform, drive strategic acquisitions, and expand the company’s footprint across Europe and other key markets.
In her new role, she will focus on integrating advanced solutions that meet evolving regulatory demands and support corporate sustainability goals.
