Lockton appointed Subhash Chandra as Head of Life & Health Reinsurance – People Solutions, Asia. A strategic move that aims at strengthening Lockton’s life and health reinsurance capabilities across the Asian market and driving strategic growth within its People Solutions division.

With over two decades of industry experience across reinsurance and broking, having held senior roles at leading global firms. His expertise spans life and health reinsurance portfolio strategy, client solutions and risk advisory. During his professional journey, he served as Principal Consultant, Client Solutions, Protection, Asia at Pacific Life Re, Associate Director at Aon, Group Leader at Mercer, and Research Officer at Reserve Bank of India (RBI). He also served in senior capacities at various other reputed organisations.

He has completed his academic qualification from the Delhi University in Bsc in Statistics. In his new role, he will work closely with regional teams to expand Lockton’s life and health reinsurance presence, strengthen product innovation and support insurers with tailored reinsurance strategies in a dynamic market landscape.
