SAP appointed Manik Saha as Managing Director – SAP Labs East Asia. This appointment will strengthen leadership in innovation and accelerate its strategic growth initiatives across the East Asia region’s fast-evolving enterprise technology landscape.

With over two decades of extensive experience in software engineering, product development, and leadership within global technology organisations. He has spent two decades at SAP, where, most recently, before being promoted to Managing Director SAP Labs East Asia, he was serving as a Managing Director SAP Labs Singapore and Vietnam.
He also served at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Trainee during the initial days of his professional career. He has a strong track record of driving engineering excellence and building high-impact teams.

He holds his academic qualifications from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore Management University, INSEAD, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In his new role, he will oversee strategic research and development initiatives, drive innovation programmes, and strengthen collaboration with customers and industry partners.

He has held key roles where he led large engineering and development teams, contributed to scaling products for global markets, and fostered cross-functional collaboration to achieve business and technology outcomes. This appointment reflects SAP’s commitment to deepening its technology leadership and accelerating value creation in the region.
