Keane has appointed Marco Maximus as Design Director. This appointment aims at strengthening Keane’s creative leadership and enhancing its design capabilities to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for clients across industries.

With over two decades of extensive experience in design strategy, visual communication, and creative direction. He has a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving design excellence. He has served as Senior Interior Designer at Kristina Zanic Consultants, Interior Designer at GDS | Glintmeijer Design Studio LLC – Dubai | Bahrain, Interior Architect at EHAF Consulting Engineers, Interior Architect Intern at Living In Interiors, and Architecture Intern at Orascom Construction PLC. Over the years, his expertise spans brand identity, user-centered design, and multi-platform creative development.

He holds his academic qualifications from Cairo University. In his new role, he will oversee Keane’s design strategy, foster creative innovation, and strengthen collaboration with clients and internal teams to drive impactful outcomes. He will strategise with the design department, guide multidisciplinary teams, and work closely with leadership to evolve Keane’s creative approach while protecting the values that define the studio.
