Arnold Rouverand has been appointed as Development Director, Master Plan at RUA AlHaram AlMakki | رؤى الحرم المكي. This is a strategic leadership addition as the company advances large-scale master planning initiatives.

With over two decades of extensive international experience in hospitality development and real estate advisory. He has a strong track record in master planning, integrated development strategy, and delivering complex urban projects. He has served at Soudah Development as Hospitality Development Consultant, at Tourism Development Fund صندوق التنمية السياحي as a Real estate & Hospitality Advisor, at KAFD | كافد as a Hospitality Director, as Technical Director at ONOMO Hotels, Regional Director of Technical Services at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and Project Director at Hyatt.

He holds his academic qualifications from Cornell University, Vatel France, EHL, and Harvard Business School. In his new role, he will focus on leading master planning initiatives, supporting the delivery of integrated mixed-use developments, and advancing projects with the company’s vision of enhancing infrastructure and creating enriched experiences for pilgrims, residents, and visitors in Makkah.

He is recognized for his expertise in guiding large-scale development programs and aligning planning initiatives with long-term economic and cultural objectives. His appointment will strengthen the company in real estate development and master planning to accelerate innovation and deliver future-ready urban environments.
