DHL Global Forwarding, Freight has announced a series of senior leadership appointments as part of its renewed strategic push toward digital transformation and enhanced regional responsiveness.

Tim Robertson, currently CEO of DHL Global Forwarding Americas, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Accelerated Digitalization, where he will be heading the innovation and long-term digital performance initiatives across the organisation.

In a move aimed at reinforcing customer-centricity across fast-evolving markets in the Americas, DHL has appointed two new executives to its Global Board of Management. Michael Young , who currently serves as CEO of DHL Global Forwarding USA, will now lead the North America region, overseeing operations in the United States and Canada.

Erik Meade, Managing Director of DHL Global Forwarding Mexico, steps into the role of regional head for Latin America, covering Mexico, Brazil, Central America, the Caribbean, and the Southern Spanish-speaking Americas. Each leader brings decades of expertise and experience. These appointments highlight DHL’s commitment to transformational leadership.
