Serco has appointed William Quigley as its new Chief People Officer for the Asia Pacific region. Quigley had served as Acting CPO and Group Director, Talent Acquisition. He will now lead Serco’s regional people strategy, reporting directly to the Divisional CEO and joining the Asia-Pacific Executive Leadership Team.

In his new role, Quigley will oversee key human-resources functions across the region including HR Shared Services, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Reward, Learning & Development, and Industrial & Employee Relations. He will lead initiatives to strengthen workforce readiness, drive organizational transformation, and build leadership capabilities across Serco’s operations.

Quigley brings extensive global HR leadership experience across Serco. He has expertise in shaping global resourcing strategies, enabling recruitment of over 20,000 professionals annually worldwide, a significant contribution to Serco’s talent pipeline across diverse sectors including Transport, Health, and Citizen Services.
