Logicalis Asia Pacific has named Glenn Neo as its new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, a dual appointment designed to strengthen the organisation’s operational capabilities and accelerate its AI-driven transformation. Based in Singapore and reporting to CEO Chong Win Lee, Glenn will guide both strategic execution and technology innovation across the region.

He joins Logicalis from Synapxe, where he led innovation capabilities and also served as CIO at Woodlands Health. His earlier career includes positions at Accenture, RussellReynolds, SGX, YCHGroup, and advisory roles with emerging start-ups. Glenn noted that the opportunity to shape an AI-first future at Logicalis is both timely and inspiring, while CEO Chong-Win Lee emphasised that his leadership will be pivotal as the company pushes toward becoming the region’s leading AI integrator.
