DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach has appointed Neelam Bhika as General Manager. This appointment is considered a strategic leadership addition that aligns with the hotel’s continuing growth and operational excellence agenda.

With nearly two decades of industry experience, Bhika brings extensive operational, commercial, and people-centric leadership expertise to the senior management team. She served as Director of Operations at Hilton Doha Hotel, Cluster Commercial Director at Aleph Doha Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton. During her career, Bhika has managed both city hotel and resort operations, contributed to major hotel openings and capital projects, and played a key part in hospitality delivery associated with global events such as the FIFA World Cup 2022.

In her new role at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach, Bhika will lead all aspects of the hotel’s operations, with a particular focus on enhancing the guest experience, strengthening commercial performance, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports strategic business objectives.

Throughout her leadership tenure, Bhika has been recognised for fostering high-performing teams, strengthening guest experience outcomes, and achieving sustained commercial growth.
