Ajman Bank has appointed Dr. Joseph George as Chief Technology Officer. This appointment aims at strengthening the bank’s technology leadership and accelerating its digital transformation agenda to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

With over a decade of experience in technology innovation, digital strategy, and IT leadership, with a strong track record of driving large-scale transformation programs in financial services and banking technology. He held senior leadership roles as a Head of Information Technology – Development at Commercial Bank of Dubai and as CIO-Head of IT (Information Systems & Technology) at National Bank of Fujairah (NBF). His expertise spans digital platforms, enterprise architecture, and technology governance.

He holds his academic qualifications from the University of Madras, Department of Technology, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University, Columbia Business School, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and The University of Texas at Austin. In his new role, he will oversee the bank’s technology strategy, digital initiatives, and technology infrastructure enhancements to support sustainable growth and competitive differentiation.
