Eversheds Sutherland has appointed Albert Yuen to lead its technology, data, & cybersecurity practice across Asia. Yuen brings over 25 years of expertise in technology and law across the Asia-Pacific region and North America.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Yuen led the TMT practice at another major international law firm in Hong Kong. His extensive experience spans complex technology and telecom transactions, cloud and outsourcing deals, data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, commercial IP, and emerging technologies, including AI and blockchain.
In this new role, Yuen will work with Eversheds’ Asia technology team and the firm’s global network to deliver integrated legal solutions across sectors such as financial services, energy, telecoms, and digital infrastructure.
