TISCO Bank has announced the appointment of Kittipoap Watcharavasuntra as Head of Strategy and Business Innovation. This strategic move demonstrates the organisation’s focus on strengthening its strategic planning and innovation capabilities as the bank continues to advance digital transformation and business development initiatives.

With 15+ years of experience in banking strategy, risk analytics, and financial advisory. Over the course of his career, he served as an engineer at Toyota Motor Asia and as a Head of Risk Analytics and Advisory (SVP) at TISCO Financial Group. He spent over a decade at TISCO Financial Group, where he joined as a Head of Credit Risk (FVP), and over the years, he was elevated to senior roles and responsibilities. Throughout, he led initiatives focused on credit risk management, analytics-driven decision making, and strengthening enterprise risk frameworks.

He holds a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering and a Master of Science in Finance from Chulalongkorn University. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading TISCO Bank’s strategic planning and business innovation initiatives, driving new growth opportunities, and supporting the organisation’s transformation through data-driven strategy and innovation frameworks.

This appointment is expected to strengthen TISCO Bank’s leadership capabilities as it continues to enhance strategic agility, innovation, and long-term competitiveness within Thailand’s evolving banking and financial services landscape
