LT Foods Limited has named Rohit Jaiswal as Chief Operating Officer of LT Foods Middle East DMCC. Jaiswal will work closely with Gursajan Arora, CEO of the Middle East business, to shape and execute the regional growth strategy, capitalising on evolving consumer demand and expanding market opportunities.

Jaiswal brings over 27 years of extensive FMCG experience across India, the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Central Asia, with a proven track record in business transformation, strategic planning, and operational execution. He has previously held senior leadership roles with major global brands, including Colgate-Palmolive,Marico Limited, Dabur International Ltd, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, navigating complex market environments and driving significant business performance improvements.
