Marsh McLennan has announced Andrea Bono as Chief Executive Officer for its India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region, effective January 2026. In this strategic role, Bono will be based in Dubai and will report to Flavio Piccolomini, CEO of Marsh McLennan International. From his new position, he will oversee the firm’s commercial strategy, workforce development, and client engagement across the IMEA region.

His mandate will include enhancing the company’s integrated offerings across riskmanagement, reinsurance, people & investments and consultancy services.
