GenScript has announced the appointment of Phil Z. as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership in financial strategy and global business operations.

With over 25 years of experience in finance, business operations, and organisational management across global technology and digital industries. During his professional career, he served as an auditor at PwC, and he spent 10+ years at Dell Technologies, where he joined as an Enterprise Product and Pricing Specialist, Greater China Commercial Marketing CoC, and most recently served as a Finance Director, Commercial Sales and Enterprise Solution (CSES), Greater China & Korea. Along with this, he served as the Head of Business Planning, Sales Strategy and Operations, Greater China at Amazon Web Services (AWS), GM and BSO Lead at Microsoft, VP, Business Planning and Sales Operations at Alibaba Cloud, and Group CFO at ECARX.

He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from Fudan University.
