Ms Kelly Lim brings over two decades of experience in marine insurance underwriting and portfolio management. Her appointment underscores QBE’s commitment to strengthening its Cargo and TOL offerings and enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver tailored solutions for brokers and clients across Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region.

Moreover, Alex Lim ACII brings over a decade of marine underwriting experience with QBE, having served as Senior Underwriter for Marine Hull and Liability. He strategically led underwriting efforts for key accounts across Asia and the Middle East, demonstrating strong technical capability and client engagement.

The leaders will play pivotal roles in supporting QBE’s growth and service delivery in one of Asia’s most important maritime and trade hubs, reporting to the Head of Marine, Asia. This will strengthen QBE’s strategy and deepen its specialist insurance expertise in Singapore, which is a major shipping and trade centre.
