China Construction Bank (Asia) has appointed Shirley Shi as SVP, Head of Personal Lending. This appointment reinforces its leadership as the bank continues to strengthen its consumer banking capabilities and expand its personal lending portfolio across key markets.

With over two decades of extensive experience in retail banking, consumer lending, and financial services leadership. She has a strong track record of driving lending strategy, product development, and portfolio growth. She has served as Vice President and Head of Marketing at LPS, Vice President, Group Customer Engagement and Loyalty at FWD Insurance, and as Executive Director & Head, Digital Engagement and Web Experience at Standard Chartered.

She holds her academic qualification from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In her new role, Shirley will focus on strengthening the bank’s personal lending strategy, enhancing product innovation, and driving customer engagement to support the bank’s long-term vision of delivering accessible, reliable, and future-ready financial solutions.
