Sodexo has appointed Thuy Ngo as Managing Director of Sodexo Thailand. This appointment is a strategic move that marks a significant leadership milestone for the company’s growth.
With over 20 years of international leadership experience across the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. She has served as a Member Board of Directors – Vice President at the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS), and International Business Development Manager at Schneider Electric.
She has been associated with Sodexo for over a decade, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA), where she oversaw business development and operations across 12 territories, including workplace design, integrated facilities management, food services, and project management services for global and regional strategic clients.
Her academic qualifications include studies from Michigan Technological University, INSA Lyon – Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, and IMD. In her new role, she will lead Sodexo’s operations in Thailand, focusing on driving strategic growth, strengthening operational excellence, and enhancing service delivery for clients nationwide.
