PropertyGuru Group has appointed Yi-Wei Ang as its Chief Product & Technology Officer. This appointment aims at strengthening the company’s product innovation and technology leadership to drive digital transformation and enhance platform value for property seekers and partners across the region.

With 15+ years of experience, he is a seasoned technology and product leader with extensive experience building and scaling digital platforms that serve millions of users. He served as Chief Product Officer at talabat and Delivery Hero, VP Product at Property Finder, Director of Product Management at TradeGecko is now QuickBooks Commerce, Lead Instructor, Product Management at General Assembly, and Product Manager II at Microsoft, further deepening his expertise in product-led growth and tech-driven solutions. He was also Co-founder at You’re Next Career Network, where he spent a year building a non-profit dedicated to career development of students in Toronto.

During the start of his professional career, he served as a User Experience Researcher at IBM. He completed his academic qualifications from the University of Toronto and the International School of Beijing. In his new role, he will lead product development, technology operations, and innovation initiatives.
