PI Industries has appointed Kamali Rajesh as Global Chief People Officer (Global CPO). This appointment is a strategic move that will strengthen the senior leadership role, leading the company’s global human resources agenda, strengthening people strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness, and culture across diverse markets and business units worldwide.
With over 25 years of experience across Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa, partnering with senior business leaders to drive transformation, performance, and growth. She holds strategic roles across diverse industries like engineering, automotive, agritech, IT, and business services, leading large-scale people agendas in complex, multi-business, and multicultural environments.
She has served as Global Head of People & Organisation Development at Syngenta, a global agriscience leader, where she oversaw strategic talent, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness initiatives at enterprise scale. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade with Ford Motor Company, leading HR functions across the Asia Pacific and Africa regions and playing a key role in organisational design, performance cultures, and leadership capability building. She has also served as Human Resources Executive at PepsiCo.
Her educational qualifications are from MIT Sloan School of Management. She holds a strong global perspective on how culture, leadership, and people practices shape business success. Her appointment comes as PI Industries continues to scale its business footprint and underscores the company’s commitment to investing in leadership that can enhance talent excellence, drive organisational agility, and support long-term growth across global markets.
