Philipp Caspers-Pabst has been appointed as Director of Institutional Growth at ZIGChain. This appointment marks a key step in the firm’s efforts to expand its institutional footprint and strengthen engagement with global partners and investors in the emerging tokenization and blockchain ecosystem.
With over a decade of diverse and global background in blockchain, finance, venture capital, and ecosystem development. He has served across investments, strategic advisory, and venture acceleration. He has served as a Senior Associate at the Dubai Future District Fund, Volunteer at COO Network, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, Business Development Manager EMEA at Aumet inc, Co-Founder & CEO at Movino, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Block Capital, Senior Key Account Manager – EMEA at Armstrong World Industries, and Business Development Manager at GROHE.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)at Hult International Business School, ACS International Schools and Columbia University, building his work in both strategic thinking and financial insight. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving institutional adoption and strategic relationships, helping bridge traditional finance and on-chain investment infrastructure.
The appointment shows ZIGChain’s strategic focus on expanding its institutional network and accelerating adoption of tokenized financial products and services across global markets.
