Pico Group has announced the appointment of Angel Kwok as Chief People Officer, strengthening the organisation’s leadership in people strategy and organisational development.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership across multiple industries, including retail, banking, and corporate services. During her professional career, she previously served as Vice President – Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific at Esprit, Head of Human Resources at Hang Lung Properties, Vice President – Head of Global Learning & Development and HR Culture at Esprit, Global People & Culture Director at Hop Lun, and Chief People Officer at Toys”R”Us Asia. She spent over 10 years at HSBC, where she joined as an Assistant Manager, Management Training, and most recently, served as a Senior Human Resources Manager, Commercial Banking.

She holds a strong academic qualification, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), International Business Studies from City University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Education (MEd), Guidance & Counseling at Newcastle University.
