Nestlé Limited appointed Mandeep Chhatwal as an Additional Non-Executive Director, effective 1 January 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Chhatwall brings 30 years of experience in deep financial leadership and operational experience across the Nestlé Group.

Mr. Chhatwal brings over 30 years of deep financial leadership and operational experience across the Nestlé Group and in diverse markets. He holds a Master’s degree from IIM Ahmedabad and has served in senior roles, including CFO of Nestlé Sri Lanka, CFO of Nestlé Philippines, Head of Corporate Finance & Deputy Treasurer, and, most recently, Global CFO for the Asia, Oceania & Africa (AOA) region, overseeing finance functions across 112 countries.

In his upcoming board role at Nestlé India, Chhatwal will provide independent oversight and strategic guidance on corporate governance, financial leadership, and growth strategy. His international exposure and experience with large-scale finance transformations are expected to deepen Nestlé India’s board-level expertise amid evolving consumer and regulatory landscapes.
