Gallega Global Logistics has announced the appointment of Sara Rachid as Chief Executive Officer. This appointment marks a significant leadership milestone for the company as it strengthens its position in the global logistics and supply chain industry.

She holds more than two decades of extensive leadership experience across global logistics, supply chain operations, and business transformation. She has served as Head of Vertical Sales at A.P. Moller – Maersk, Co-founder/Head of Operation at AVARIS – Maritime Services, General Manager Commercial Operations at Seven Seas Group – Maritime Services, General Manager Business Development at Inchcape Shipping Services, Regional Strategic Sales Manager at A.P. Moller – Maersk, Business Development Manager Contract Logistics at CEVA Logistics, and Business Development Manager at Marine and Engineering Services Company – MESCO.

In her new role, she will lead the company’s strategic vision and operational execution, driving business growth, enhancing global logistics capabilities and expanding market presence across key sectors. Over the course of her career, she has worked across international markets, leading strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence programs, and large, multi-functional teams.
